  • Technical Issues:

When a user encounters technical difficulties or glitches when using the Stumpsmasher or Stumpsmasher mobile application, it prevents them from participating in contests or accessing their accounts.

  • Cancellation of Contests:

In the event that a contest is cancelled by Stumpsmasher for any reason, the entry fees will be refunded when contacted within 48 hours of transactions.

  • Wrong contest entry:

Users who enter the wrong contest or select the incorrect team may request a refund before the contest entry deadline.

How to refund:

  • Users may request a refund by contacting customer support via the designated channels provided on the website or app.
  • If a refund is requested, users should provide relevant details, such as their username, contest ID, and a description of the problem.

Review and approval:

  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Stumpsmasher.
  • If the issue falls within the refund policy, a refund will be issued.

Refund Method:

  • In most cases, refunds will be processed using the same method of payment that was used to enroll in the contest initially.
  • A refund may take up to 5-7 days to process, depending on the payment provider and other factors.

Conditions not refundable:

  • The entry fees for contests that have already begun or are currently in progress are generally non-refundable.
